While we have a number of top priorities, none are more important than the revitalization of Gem County and the development of industrial sites. The organization's objectives include generating a larger and more stable tax base through land use and growth management, and creating a diverse economy that offers jobs with living wages for its residents.

 CURRENTShadow Butte Industrial Park In collaboration with Gem County, we expect to create over 200 new jobs over the next 2 years. Both Phase 1 and 2 are completely reserved and 23 business could begin building this winter. |
