SHADOW BUTTE INDUSTRIAL PARKThe Shadow Butte Industrial Park project is the development of a light-industrial park located 2.5 miles west of Emmett, ID. It is a collaborative effort with Gem County. The park consists of 120 acres, 60 acres full serviced. The Park is zoned light industrial. There are a few lots in Phase I available for purchase as well as built to suit and lease options available. Please contact John Evans, at Evans Realty for further information and pricing. PATRIOT CENTER This was Shadow Butte Development Corporation's first project. We received a grant to purchase the building, a loan to remodel the space and created 35 new jobs. It is currently leased by Matson Alternative, and income funds are committed to further economic development in our community.

PAYETTE RIVER ARTS GALLERY & STUDIO
The Payette River Arts Gallery and Studio was our fourth project. The purpose of this project is to give artists the opportunity to learn how to market, display and sell their work with the ultimate goal of becoming full time artists. The Studio currently houses the artwork of 18 different artists. They offer a wide variety of art, and there have been many sales made since the gallery was opened.
GRANT WRITING AND ADMINISTRATIONOne of the services Shadow Butte Development Corporation provides to entities within Gem County is grant writing services with the goal of creating jobs and improving infrastructure. Our Grant Writer, Shawn Charters has 25 years experience in both writing and administering federal, state and private grant funds. In addition to Grant Writing, she is a "Certified Block Grant Administrator" for Idaho.
